Fireborn takes place in a fictional galaxy where unrest is rife, and a corrupt federation fight among themselves for power of the realms. A million miles away, Zyker and his men lead a covert operation to the mining facility in an attempt to free the thousands of slaves and recruit them to their rebellion. When a scavenger boy unknowingly becomes embroiled in the conflict, his fate ends up out of his hands
